Why am I experiencing neck pain?
Experiencing neck pain can mean an issue with tendons, muscles, ligaments, and other soft tissues located in that area. Highly sensitive nerves, small joints, or spinal discs could also be the cause of the pain you are suffering. Neck and arm, including shoulder pain, is extremely common and the pain can vary in its severity.
There are many causes of neck pain including everyday wear and tear, sports injuries, auto accidents, poor posture and repetitive motions. To help understand the pain and how it is generated, the types of neck pain are classified into two categories, axial neck pain and cervical radiculopathy (pain referred from the neck down the arm). It is common for patients to have both axial neck pain and cervical radiculopathy.
We have answers and options to relieve pain from Herniated Discs, Disc Bulges, Spinal Stenosis, Sciatica, Pinched Nerve, Annular Disc Tear, Degenerative Disc disease, Spondylosis/Spine Arthritis, Radiculopathy, Bone Spurs/Osteophytes and Facet Joint Syndrome.

What are the options to relieve Neck Pain?
1. Axial Neck Pain
This is the most common type of neck pain and is confined to the neck and sometimes the shoulder. It can be sharp or dull pain but can impede your ability to perform activities of daily living. Doing certain physical activities can make it worse along with using a computer or driving for long periods. The muscles are usually inflamed and tightened, causing the feeling of soreness and tenderness. In many fortunate cases, it is a short-lived pain that can last from 6 to 12 weeks.
In more advanced cases, axial neck pain is caused by the facet joints in the spine. Small nerves called medial branch nerves become irritated and compressed, thus, recreating a facet joint referred pain pattern that radiates from the neck and also can refer to the trapezius muscles and down to the shoulder.
2. Cervical Radiculopathy
