Board-Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Dr. Nasser is Board-Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, where he was co-chief resident.
Dr. Arash Ghaffari, M. D.
Board-Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Dr. Ghaffari is Board-Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He completed his Spine Medicine Fellowship in 2019 from USC Spine Center at Keck Medicine of USC. He has over 12 years of experience in teaching, service and research with many medical presentations and publications.
Vitaliy Zhivotenko, D.O
Board Certified in Neurology and Pain Medicine
Dr. Zhivotenko's Dually Board-Certified in Neurology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He's completed his Pain Medicine Fellowship at Penn State Medical Center and was chosen as the top pain fellow of the year.

Avi Mallin is a Physican Assistant. He completed his Masters of Science, Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University, Mesa, Arizona.
Amelia Campbell, AGPCNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Amelia Campbell is a Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati in 2014.
As a multi-disciplinary team, we understand that pain can change and destroy a person’s life. It is discouraging to watch our patients, friends and family suffer in pain. We know we can make a difference and help provide the best education and options available. We offer Endoscopic Microdiscectomy and Endoscopic Rhizotomy procedures. Our non-surgical treatments offered are therapeutic and diagnostic injection medicine therapy. These include epidural steroid injections, non-steroidal injections, nerve blocks and ablations, joint injections, and trigger point injections. We also offer many other procedures for pain relief.
We are passionate about giving life back to our community every day. We specialize in most types of pain, including neck and back pain, arm and shoulder pain, leg, hip and knee pain, as well as headaches and migraines. We treat pain from Car Accident or Wreck Injuries, Sport Injuries, Workman’s Comp and daily wear and tear.
We are excited to be known by our patients and referring Primary Care Physicians as Top Doctors and Top Pain Specialists in Phoenix.
