This doctor’s office is the 💣. I have seeing these doctors for two months now and they have me on a treatment that works better than the pain meds, and my body is beginning to feel 80% better with movement and lack of pains. I Have been to other pain management doctors; Sun Pain management, which those visits went on for many years and not one time did my doctor review any MRI or Xray reports with me. Here at Arizona Pain the doctors are very knowledgeable and come up with comprehensive methods that genuinely work for their various patients. Take it from me and do your body a great favor and go visit Arizona Pain Treatment Center on McDowell Rd in Phoenix. After seeing numerous neurologists for head and neck pain I followed my daughter’s advice and made an appointment with az pain on baseline. After consulting with Dr Z we decided to do medial branch blocks then if they worked do a more permanent RFA. I had contacts with all 3 Dr’s numerous nurses and front desk staff. Everyone at this place were incredible. Everyone was very nice, seemed to care and acted like they loved their job! I would recommend this place in a minute and am pain free since my procedure!

I’ve had constant pain from Cervical Spine issues for many years. I had unfortunate and discouraging experiences with three different Pain Management practices. After doing some research and having a telehealth visit with Dr. Nasser, I decided to travel from Canada to see him for assessment and treatment of ongoing SI joint pain. Dr Nasser is amazing. He helped me with pain in my hand by performing an injection. Two weeks later I’m almost pain free. He also performed some diagnostic testing on my neck needed for surgery. So the office feels like a really nice attorney’s office which was slightly off putting at first. But Dr Nasser was very personable and efficient. He was the first Dr I had seen that was able to quickly assess not only movement restrictions but functional strength changes/imbalances. Along with the physical exam he built a model of might have been going on and determine what was needed going forward (MRI) to proove or revise that model.It was also impressive that the Chiropractors and PAs at BackFit were not just familiar with Dr Nasser but often recommended patients to him (I had appointments with both before learning this)If you are experiencing back pain then I recommend making an appointment to help you figure out what is going on and how to address it

Suffering from tennis elbow for over a year in both elbows, tried everything from dry needling, prolotherapy, shockwave therapy, cortisone shots, etc. Visited this office and met with Dr. Nasser , Dr. Nasser did ultrasound in the consultation and recommended PRP, before deciding on the Tenex procedure. Dr. Nasser is a true professional and has relatable and humble bedside manner. PRP hurts !! So far approximately a month out from the treatment , I’m not 100% but definitely have found a greater amount of relief from other treatments. Time will tell if this resolves the tennis elbow , PRP Can take several months to have its full effect. I will return to Dr. Nasser for follow up PRP or Tenex or any other aches and pains in the future!

I’ve been dealing with debilitating pain in my right arm for two years. After seeing a previous doctor two years ago I was told it would get better; it did not even after physical therapy. I’m right handed and the pain interfered with work and all my hobbies. The pain was constant and I was getting depressed. After seeing doctor Nasser and being evaluated and discussing procedures and then following through I am now complelty pain free in my arm for the first time in two years! The clinic is well maintained with Covid-19 conscious employees practicing proper hygienic cleanliness. They are quick and thoughtful as they figure out how they can help you to feeling better and hopefully getting you to a pain free lifestyle. Or at least helping you to manage your daily activities and life’s requirements with minimal pain. I am so grateful for Dr. Nasser that I would give ten stars if I could. I’ve suffered for 12 years with extreme IBS until I found out about nerve blocks for IBS. I had two which helped and then Dr. Nasser performed a radio frequency ablation to the nerve endings responsible for sending pain signals and my life has changed. I am no longer in pain and have been able to eat foods which used to cause me to be in pain for days. Dr. Nasser is the best!

From scheduling to check in and check out, everything was easy and on time. their Safety Covid protocols are on point and make you feel comfortable.Dr Nasser took the time to assess the possible causes and guide me through the different steps of healing. His professionalism and level of care is outstanding. With a couple follow ups with his partner, a rehabilitation therapist Dr Peterson I am finally feeling relief and am able to use my arm without pain or sensations of burn for the first time in over 3 years. When I initially completed this review, I did not realize that it was a review of Dr. Nasser’s performance, and gave the 3 star review because of a serious issue that I had with one particular provider at AZ Pain Treatment Center. I do wish that I could recall the doctor’s name, but it unfortunately escapes me now. Anyway, I had been a patient for many years, since back when they were in the little office off of Ray Rd. & Power out in Gilbert. Back then, I saw PA Brian mostly, but also saw Dr Greene before he left, both of whom I received excellent care from without fail. Then Dr Nasser joined the practice to take Dr Greene’s case load, and he and I hit it off from day one. I have nothing but high praise for Dr Nasser, for both his exemplary medical skills and his patient/doctor relationship. Forward 6-7 years; Dr Nasser was out of the country so I had an appointment with PA Brian. A week or so prior to my appointment, I received a call from one of the nice gals at the front desk stating that Brian was over booked and they need to schedule me with another provider in the office. I reminded her that it would have to be at least the same day as the appointment she was cancelling, or if not, sooner, otherwise I would run out of medication. She said no problem and booked one, I believe it was 4 days before my old one. I told her that would be fine. Well, I had never seen this other doctor before, I dont even recall ever seeing his name anywhere and assumed he was new, but that could have been my inattentiveness. Anyway, as soon as he walked into the exam room, he, without even so much as an introduction, began leaning on me HARD about coming in early to get my medication. Before I could even open my mouth to explain that I DID NOT intend to try to be seen early, he had already had a release from practice letter filled out & signed, and handed it to me to sign. I was so entirely struck dumb, that I believe I muttered “Ok”, signed it, picked up the scripts that he wrote, which turned out to be the last ones I ever received from this office, something that I never in a million years would have imagined would happen, and walked out the door. After I got home and realized the gravity of the situation, I called the next day because I wanted to see Dr Nasser so that I could explain what I had gone through, but he was overseas, I believe, for the Holidays and by the time I could’ve been seen by him it would’ve been too late. Thank God my oncologist was willing to take care of me after explaining my situation to him. I will add one thing to be fair, I had been warned once in the past by Dr Nasser to make sure to take my medication correctly as on one occasion, after a major surgery that I had, I had run out of medication a few days early because I had complications and was in severely excruciating pain, on top of my usual pain. But never had that issue again. I assumed that this other doctor just looked at that without even inquiring about the specific issues that surrounded it, and went ahead & made a snap judgement of me and what sort of nefarious person I must be. If he would have been just a bit more cordial, I could’ve explained that I had nothing to do with changing my appointment, with the exception of saying “Yes, that will be fine” to the receptionist who phoned me, when she picked out a date for me to be seen, and directed him to speak with her specifically.

This past year I have been on a journey to control the pain in my degenerative lower lumber and chronic nerve damage in my arm . I am afraid of medicine and needles and the unknown but Dr.Nasser was patient with my journey. Before the year ended as the pain became worse I ran out of time for scheduling and Deborah worked with me to make my procedure possible saving me from pain and a bigger bill in the new year. Now with a Bilateral Pain Blocker in my L3,L4,and L5 I had 90% relief and can move on to the more permanent blocker. Soon I will function daily again and will continue my journey of rehabilitation with Dr.Peterson who was very helpful before the procedure in reducing pressure on my spine.Always being mindful of my movements I look forward to the New Year. Thank you for reminding me to sit up straight.

I have had the pleasure of being one of AZPTC’s earliest clients. I had suffered from regular migraine headaches from childhood and after just a few visits I no longer needed my pain meds as I no longer had an issue. I have been gratefully migraine free for 24-25 years. My wife had issues related to her back that cause several medical problems that she was led to believe were just to be accepted and one of her medications was so dangerous to the public it couldn’t be flushed, thrown in the trash and needed to be disposed of at a hazmat center. She after treatment was able to discontinue all medications related to her back including the poisonous one which was suppose to be needed her entire life.
